Konark Sun Temple is a 13th century Sun Temple, at Konark, in Orissa.
It was constructed from oxidized and weathered ferruginous sandstone by
King Narasimhadeva I of the Eastern Ganga Dynasty.
In Bengal, we have many kind of transportation, some are even not used in other part of India. One shown below is only transportation available in that village used to carry both - Goods and Human beings. It was sort of adventure form me when I first used it.
This is the same village and the sight remind me the Tagore song - Gram Chhara Ei Ranga Matir Path/The Little Red Muddy Road!!
Amarakantak, MP - Kapildhara is believed to be the place where the great sage Kapil had practiced severe austerities. The nearby premises house a temple in the name of this sage.
